[A Garden Filled with Relaxation]
The construction project was carried out as part of the local extinction crisis response plan for Goesan city, which has the highest risk of local extinction in Chungcheongbuk-do province, to support Chungcheongbuk-do’s ‘Local Extinction Response and Crisis Overcoming Policy Project.’
The old "Hiwell Condominium", which had been neglected for about 10 years, was purchased and upcycled, and transformed into a relaxation space with a capacity of 150 people, consisting of 3 buildings (Mulbit-dong/Haetbit-dong/Healing-dong), 2 seminar rooms, and 35 rooms.
